Ingredients (Mamma’s Boy Trattoria recipe):

  • 30ml prosecco (we use Dal Zotto Pucino Prosecco)

  • 15ml gin (we use Gordon’s London Dry Gin)

  • 15ml elderflower syrup (We use Fabbri 1905 Mixybar)

  • Soda water to top up

  • Ice

  • Sprig of fresh rosemary for garnish

Directions:

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.

  2. Pour in the prosecco and gin, followed by the elderflower syrup.

  3. Top with soda water and stir gently to combine.

  4. Garnish with the rosemary sprig.
